Resting on a point of land; the house offers 4 bedrooms (one is a "walk-through" bedroom - meaning you access another bedroom through it); a 3/4 bath and a 1/2 bath; rustic wood paneling, giving it that classic lake-house feel; plus all the "creature comforts" such as cable TV; wireless internet; dishwasher. Step out onto the deck and look down to your paradise with water all around you--complete with an outdoor kitchen/bar and a sand beach that offers you sun all day (boat house is off limits but offers a nice dock on the side for your kayak or canoe - there is another dock for larger boats on the property as well)! Spend your days relaxing on the beach and taking in the sounds of the waves and nature around you or jump in and get refreshed. Are you an early riser? Catch the sunrise to the East. Like to sleep in? Then just watch the sunset to the West. This property offers both! If you want to go out and explore the lake, bring or rent a boat. The dock will accommodate a boat up to 24 feet in length. The choices are endless at this wonderful spot so stock up on sunscreen for the beach or fishing tackle for the water and book your time.
