Chances are you'll step out of the car, kick off your shoes and never leave til your vacation's over. If you do decide to venture out, there is plenty for you to do including dining at great restaurants (from informal lakeside snacking to fine dining), taking a hike (Red Hill is a great climb and is just minutes away), antiquing, mini-golfing or golfing, and of course shopping at the Tilton or North Conway outlets. If you're feeling really adventurous, try zip-lining at Gunstock Mountain or visit Funspot (the World's largest arcade) and the Monkey Trunks ropes course. Back at the cottage, you can sit at the outside table and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the nature that surrounds you or take a beach chair out and sit on the sand to work on your tan or catch up on your reading. Once you've had enough sun and need to cool off just take a dip in the refreshing water to cool off. You'll want to be the chef of the group as you cook up the burgers or maybe even grill the days catch right from the lake on the gas grill which has a great view of the water. Save room for s'mores cooked over the outside fire while you talk about your days adventures and watch the pretty colors of the twilight sky. If you have a boat, the dock will accommodate a boat up to 18 feet long. The owner occasionally stays in their house which shares the frontage with the cottage.
