Summer Joy!
A wonderful - comfortable house- well appointed and stocked with useable equipment. Kitchen was easy to work in and with the exception of garbage not having been removed at all the previous week was a joy to use. Water equipment was plenty and in fairly good condition. We loved the outside shower and was the only one used during the week by some of our family. Third floor ladder a little dangerous- need to supervise young children closely. Fun week and good time had by all.

Great Lake House
This is our second year renting this house in the summer. We had 3 small families and it is perfect for that. As long as the kids are ok climbing a ladder to the attic loft, it's perfect. The bay is rocky for motorized boats but once you learn your way around it's great. Still big enough to water ski/tube, but small enough for the waves to be small. It has 3 large AC's though two of the bedroom still get a little hot. There are ceiling fans though. The house is still only a short drive to Hannaford, a hardware store, and ice cream.

Wonderful
This was the 3rd time we have rented this place for family vacation. As usual we had a fantastic time. We all range in age from 67 to 4 and there is always something to do. We want to rent the house again next year (7/8 to 7/14) nd hope we can get the house for that week. There are 12 of us and there is more than enough room for all of us. The upgrades were great - just needs more A/C for those hot nights.

Spacious Waterfront Home with 4 bedrooms plus a loft which is accessed by a ladder to the third floor. Private sand beach on the property plus a community beach across the street with sunset views! Dock at property for 1 boat up to 24' long. This Meredith Home has beautiful lake views. Built In Air Conditioning Units in the Master Bedroom, Main Living Room and upstairs Family Room. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Ladder to Loft for 5th sleeping area with 2 twins, a bunk bed and Queen. One Aero bed (queen) available for tenant's use. Spacious second floor Family Room for watching t.v. or relaxing on the large comfy couch. Enjoy the fully enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area. Great Opportunity for large family or 2 families to all vacation together! Off-season (before June 9 and after Labor Day): 3 night minimum at $600/night or $3,275/week.
