A great place on a quiet cove
We had a great time at this home. It was stocked with all the essentials and was neat, clean, and uncluttered. We have 4 20 something boys and they all enjoyed the downstairs den/game room.The location provided great cove and mountain views.

we had a great experience for the second year in a row. I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property when we first arrived. The problem was corrected immediately after I called.

Best. Vacation. Ever!
Clean, great location, great small beach for little kids to walk into slowly. kids had fun in game room with ping pong table. Master bedroom was beautiful . All updated appliances .

Great house in a great location
We had a fun, relaxing week at this house. The house itself was clean and in great shape. It was very livable and comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the master bedroom. Our kids spent hours jumping off the swim platform. We did lots of kayaking, paddle boarding, floating and swimming.

Great Time
This was the first time renting a home on in Meredith, the home was clean and close to town. We swam, used the dock, kayaked and rented a boat for the week which I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in the rental house. The location was absolutely perfect in terms of having a quiet place to swim, an area to ski and easy access to the main parts of the lake. It was quiet at night, and the house layout was perfect for our family.

Winnipesaukee Waterfront in Meredith: This lovely home rests on a very pretty lot. The new owners have made great improvements (new hardwood and tile flooring, paint, etc.) What a great place to spend your vacation!
Sip your morning coffee while you enjoy the lake view from the living area or soak up some sun on the wrap-around deck. You can jump in and swim out to the raft or read your book while relaxing on the patio at the waters edge. The dock will accommodate 2 boats up to 21 feet long. Entry into the water is down steps (approximately 4) from the land. The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths; cable t.v. and wireless internet. Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong in the lower level family room.
The main level offers the kitchen with stainless appliances; living room with cathedral ceiling and panoramic window as well as a fireplace and t.v.; 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The lower level has the walkout family room with full-sized futon bed, t.v. and ping pong table plus a bedroom and full bath. Centrally located; this property is an easy drive to the Town of Meredith by car or boat! Come and enjoy your vacation here!
