Beautiful Sturtevant Bay is known for great fishing so bring your poles and pick up your fishing license on the way! The comfortable home offers a fieldstone fireplace and satellite TV in a nice, open living area plus 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Grill the days catch on the barbecue and enjoy your evening meal on the deck looking out to the water. Going out to the water, next to the dock you will find 4 steps down into the beautiful clear frontage. There is also a nice lawn area for a friendly yard game or working on your tan. The property is just an 8 minute drive to the Town of Center Harbor where you can enjoy an ice cream cone or catch a ride on the MS Mt. Washington for a tour of Winnipesaukee (the "big" lake). Have two families that like to vacation together but also need your own spaceY Check out our property #125 which is right next door! Water source to the house is from the lake. Tenant must use bottled water for consumption.
