We are conveniently located halfway between Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch in Twin Mountain, and open year round, you can hike Mt. Washington, visit the cog railway, ski at Bretton Woods and Cannon Mountain, swim at the local falls, rivers and town pond, fish, hunt, golf, and enjoy any number of White Mountain family attractions. We are just a short distance from all of these activities and much more.
You will save money on your vacation by renting one of our affordable fireplace cottages. For the price of a motel room, you will receive all the amenities of home. Clean and comfortable, we have some of the nicest cottages in the area, all with enclosed porches, BBQ grills, picnic tables, relaxing sitting areas, and fire pits to fully enjoy the mountain views.

North Twin
. Sleeps six comfortable , this is a year round cottage with heat and air conditioning bedroom #1 a new memory foam full size bed, bedroom #2 set of twin over full bunk beds and small closet, bedroom #3 set of twin over full bunk beds and a small closet, Brand new kitchen with new cabinets sink microwave appliance etc… a dining table for four WIFI HDMI Cable TV, a bathroom with stand up shower toilet sink and medicine cabinet.
. You also have an enclosed front porch with couch and dining set that’s seats four outside there is a fire pit in the yard with picnic table and BBQ gas grill.There is a gas fireplace that heats this cottage during those cold winter nights, also during the summer we supply AC units fans and ceiling fans to keep it cool.
. There is no limit on the number of guest in this cottage however there is a $10 per night pet fee and if there is a fee for more than six guest in this cottage. $30/adult per night $15 per child per night extra.
. $150-$175 a night Cottage 4 (The North Twin) sleeps six bedroom #1 full size bed, bedroom #2 set of twin over full bunk beds , bedroom #3 set of twin over full bunk beds , a small pantry area and small kitchen / living room combo with a two person love seat a dining table for four, a bathroom with stand up shower. On the enclosed porch is a couch that seat three and a dining table that seats four. There is a $10 pet and $25 cleaning fee
