Me and a few of my buddies were in town for 2 nights and 3 days, we were going to get hotel rooms but I have stopped that as they are so over priced. We stayed here, we all had our own room, and had a blast with the pool table as we invited some friends that get hotel rooms and they were pretty upset when they found out how much was paid for this house. Anyways we were out a lot and so we did not use the kitchen which was good cause when we arrived we wanted to cook and found there to be limited pots and pans as well as utensils to cook with. We did run out of towels and rags were not present, I did discuss these items with the owner and they were in the process of making changes to these items to assure that the renters have everything they need for a proper stay. There are air mattresses if you extra folks but not enough linens to accommodate the air mattresses, they are working on this as well. If i would have stayed longer than the 2 nights i think this would have become more of an issue and would need resolution promptly, I would definitely stay here again. The owner cannot get this property where it needs to be without the proper feed back and I hope this helps. The house looks a little older from the out side but the inside is remodeled and updated. The AC worked great the house stayed cools as required and the fridge is really cold. I would make a suggestion of a smoking area in the back yard or the front yard as the neighbors are really nice. Close to the strip, maybe a 5 min drive, we found grocery and local hole in the wall restaurants throughout the area. I couldn't find any good Chinese food though and this area is in the Chinese cultural district of Las Vegas. needless to say this is a great and I will be back. Thanks Hou.

Nice house
Dont judge this house from the outside, its newly renovated. i had 13 people stay at the house and the owner lent us air beds. beds were nice and clean, kitchen had fridge, and pool was nice. overall experience i would stay here again. Only suggestion is to bring your own bath towel, toilet paper and paper towels.

2550 ft contemporary house 2.5 miles away from the Wynn hotel and Uber will only cost $7-9. Great for a business group or even better for a large family vacation. This home will truly be your home away from home. With a spacious 4 bedroom and one large party / conference room. An amazing contemporary home, with tons of amenities, such as pool table, dart board, conference room and so much more!
This is a very large home with tons of extra space.
Clean and Safe neighborhood.
