A PERFECT LOCATION!
.... Residing in the North Green Valley area of Las Vegas, this home is very close to many fine restaurants, great shopping, exciting attractions, and casino entertainment. It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exciting 24 hour entertainment, and far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunny backyard with private pool.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS!
.... Every room of this home has been professionally decorated. Relax in leather furniture while you watch movies. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bath. A newly updated kitchen allows you to create your beverages, snacks, or even prepare gourmet meals if you would like. The second floor features a spacious Master Suite and the 2 additional bedrooms can be set up with either a king size bed or (2) twin beds in each.

.... With the tropical sun shining down, cool off with a swim in the large private pool and spa, or relax in one of the many loungers while gazing at the towering palm trees. A covered patio will provide you some relief from the sun if needed, and a barbecue grill enables you to spend the evening with friends enjoying one of your perfectly cooked meats.
