We spent a couple of days in this great place to relax after being in busy Vegas. Some small snags when we arrived was quickly and smoothly sorted out by Ed. The condo was perfect for us, two adults and two teenagers, well equipped and clear instructions on how to make things work. The condo has a nice feeling of home and the garden area with pool and barbeque was great. We definitly recommend this place.

Property was clean, quiet, and very secure. Beds were comfortable. Is located 10-15 minutes from Strip, Convention Center and airport while being away from hustle and bustle. Would recommend to others and our first choice if we return to Vegas area.

Nice, clean, and quiet! Great Location!
This condo is located in a nice, quiet, gated community that is proximate to shopping (grocery store across the street) and highways. It is far enough away from the noise and "excitement" of the strip. The interior is well appointed and suited my simple needs perfectly. The kitchen is very functional and is stocked with essentials. There is also an enclosed lanai off the dining room...very nice. The unit is steps from a very nice community pool and clubhouse. It is also adjacent to a nice greenbelt. I am a runner so I found it very convenient to run the perimeter of the community within the the fence and gates....approximately 1 km around. The assigned and covered parking space is as close as possible to the unit and is very convenient. The cover functions well to keep your car cool. The unit is very clean and well maintained by the owner/housekeeper. I highly recommend this property for singles, couples and even small families!

Lovely Condominium
We really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Mountain Condo. The condo is tasteful, clean and in a quiet, serene complex. I highly recommend staying here. I cant say a bad thing...loved it!!!
