The Second one is a 2 BR 1.5 BA house that sleeps 6.
So, we rent it as a 6 BR 4 BA house.
This Huge Estate has 2 Living rooms and 2 Kitchens.
We can also rent both the houses separately special requests based on our availability.
Corporate Retreat is a Privately Owned And Operated Oasis Located On Golf & Country Club. We are a Secluded & Gated Property Where You Can Escape And Relax in Style, play, golf Or Just Hideaway Until You Hit The Las Vegas Nightlife.
This is an amazing 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathroom huge house with everything that you need in a perfect home away from home. We are just 20 minutes to Strip and LV Convention Centre.
With a private guest house and enough parking for 2 RV's and a Boat.
We are a short drive to Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead.

The views are absolutely breath-taking when the sun rises and sets.
We have an incredible city view.... at night that is spectacular.!!!!!!

We are located at the Golf & Country Club. We have a lot of great restaurants and shopping with a 5-10 minute drive.
Henderson is a great place to vacation or stay for business. Easy access to everything Las Vegas has to (URL HIDDEN) are very close to McCarran airport. This is a very quiet neighborhood and we observe the 11 pm rule.
Very are very convenient to all the attractions. The Distrct at Green Valley Ranch has a great
Shopping and dining venue. We are also very close casinos. Close to the convention venues. Transportation available upon request.
Other Things to Note:
There is 8.1% LV Tax that every guest needs to pay upon arrival as Airbnb does not have any option to charge tax.
There is a $100 per day charge for heating the pool (optional).
