For single night rentals, the full amount is charged at the time of the reservations.
We have a $20 surcharge for single night rentals on weekends or holidays.
Cancellation policy: If we receive a cancellation notice more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund your payment minus a $25 cancellation fee. If we receive a cancellation notice 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, we do not make any refund unless we are able to rent the reserved cabin to someone else.
