" Pros & Cons - The bedrooms and Living Rooms were beautiful. However, the toilets in the house were not cleaned - with feces still on the stool and uncleaned toilet bowls. The decking had nails pertruding as they were not properly sank, causing injury to one of our guests. On a scale of 1-10, I would give this place a "5"." Date of stay: July 2017 RESPONSE: "James, thanks for the review, we appreciate the review. It is possible that we overlooked something during the cleaning however the water in that area does have a lot of iron in it and it discolors the toilet bowls, they are clean they just look rusty. Also we try to keep up on the decks and issues like nails. This spring we power washed all the decks and stained the top deck. Nails were addressed at that time but they do pop up from time to time. We have staff on call 24/7 during the summer with our contact information posted on the refrigerator in every property that we manage. If you should ever see anything that needs attention we are just a phone call away! Thanks for noticing the recent work we have completed! We added new furniture, carpet and paint to the living room in the spring of 2017, painted the kitchen and dining area as well, fixed the leak in the living room window as well as some other projects. Next year we will stain the lower deck, paint the bedrooms and hopefully replace the carpet on the lower level. Please remember that we are a full service property management company and have staff that can address any issues or problems that may arise. Thanks again!" Recently updated, this owner adds something new each year. Bring your friends and family for the best view at the lake! Paradise Point describes it all! You won't believe the view from the deck or the view from the three stories of windows overlooking the main channel. Features include wireless internet, a large master suite with a view of the water, King bed, flat screen TV and private bath. Upper level also accommodates the Futon in the loft area. The main level features the kitchen and dining area with seating for 14, large living room with cathedral ceilings and 50" flat screen TV, DVD Player, three stories of windows, (Living room has 2 Queen air beds in trunks), half bath and laundry room. The lower level features three bedrooms: Queen lakeside bedroom with TV, King bedroom with lake view and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, making this home sleep up to 14 people. They share a full sized bathroom on the same level. This home sits high above the lake to offer a spectacular view but exit the lower level and it's just a short walk down to the private dock. Covered dock features two large slips, PWC slip and swim platform. Home is located just 30 minutes from restaurants, attractions, 110 store outlet mall and more!

The Lake of the Ozarks offers a wide variety of activities. Enjoy one of the largest man made lakes in the United States, voted #1 recreational lake in the nation in a 2015 USA Today reader poll. Boating, water skiing, tubing, jet ski's, swimming and sailing can be enjoyed all summer long along with horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fine dining and many more activities! Our lake actually has more shoreline than the entire state of California. We have a large outlet mall as well as many great local shops to choose from, three state parks, a music show, go karts, mini-golf, boat rentals, arcades and more.....
