Fantastic, Funky, and Fun!
Pros: The decorations are all Elvis themed and so much fun! There is a pinball machine in the condo. There are several amenities on the property grounds. Cons: This place is great. Location: The condo is conveniently located, and all areas of Branson are easily accessible. We booked this condo for a weekend trip, and it ended up being so much more than expected. Our host was very friendly and helpful, the condo was clean, quiet, and conveniently located, and there were plenty of amenities to enjoy. It was a great place to come back to at the end of a fun filled day to relax and unwind or hop in the pool. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Elvis fans this is a must see.
We liked having a full kitchen. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Bed was memory foam and very comfortable. If you are an Elvis fan this is a must see place.

Wonderful condo, will stay again and again!
Pros: This condo is part of a larger resort and you have all of the amenities of that resort available to you. We love the condo's Elvis décor, the indoor pool and hot tub, and the craft activities in the game room. Cons: The room was great, I don't think there was anything about our stay that I didn't like. Location: The location is off the Hollister exit, which ends up out by Branson Landing, except on the other side of the river. Not much really close though.

Location: Close to the Landing for great shopping, dining, entertainment! Everything was great⣠We really liked all the Elvis memrolbilia. The giant teddy bear was a big hit with my granddaughters! The whole family had a lot of fun. The cool round bed with the tv in the headboard. All decorated for Christmas just a super place to stay!!!

Loved everything about the room just wish there were eating places closer. Next time we will know to take snacks with us and if you need something there is a dollar general close by We loved the Elvis theme, the kids had a blast with the pinball machine! The indoor pool was close and very nice. Having 2 separate bedrooms was nice. Everything we needed was there, even got my laundry done before we left. The location is gated and quiet, not like staying in a hotel where you hear everything. Once we figured out where we were going it was easy to get to and from. It is about 10 minutes from Branson Landing and Bass pro shop.

we checked in on Friday evening and could not stop smiling at every picture and every piece of furniture and all the memorabilia of Elvis, the place is top notch, very entertaining, Elvis pin ball machine, round bed, Elvis statues, it takes you back to the 60's and 70's , great place, very entertaining, the resort has an enclosed pool and a golf course, also a club house with a theater for families, great place for family fun, very entertainig

This place is so cool,With all the Elvis memorabilia...Its sensory overload ...lol It took me back to when I was 6 years old watching Blue Hawaii with my Mom We would dance around the living room and have a blast....I wish she was still here to see this place she would never want to leave Then after dark head out to the hot tub...awesome place Loved It

IF you are an Elvis fan this is a must stay. 5 of us stayed ages 7 to 57 . It has everything you need to stay comfortably. The condo is such a fun and amazing experience. The Elvis pinball machine is AWESOME....bring your quarters....There are so many wonderful memories of Elvis . You won't be disappointed .

“A Dreamy Place to Stay for Elvis Fans!â€
We came across the King Condo while searching for a place to stay in Branson. As huge Elvis fans, we were in heaven to find such an affordable place to stay that had so many vintage items and Elvis things! My favorite thing about the condo was FOR SURE the retro 1970s bed, complete with a TV screen you can watch while lying down! There was a TON of space in the condo. We only had 3 people staying, but could have easily had several more friends with us and still had more than enough room. The condo was clean and comfy, and the owner was quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are an Elvis fan. Even if you aren't it's still a fun place to stay with plenty of room!

Big Bang for our Buck
I reserved this place for my mothers 70th birthday girls weekend because she is a big Elvis fan. Not only did she love the place, but my sister and I and my teenage kids all had a blast looking at all the memorabilia. There is so much to see in the condo, that everyday it seems we found something new. My kids had fun playing the pinball machine too. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was perfect size. Condo close to all the fun Branson activities. Owners took the time to call to make sure all was going well with our stay. Overall great experience.

The King condo could not have been more perfect! The decor was amazing, our kiddos loved the pinball machine in the living room! The location was ideal. The beds were incredible, probably the best night sleep I've had in years!!! The amenities were perfect, the kiddos were swimming every chance they got!!! It was a fantastic place for our Branson vacation and Ronny and Basia were super accommodating when we contacted them very last minute. They were always readily available and prompt with responses. We wouldn't stay any place else when visiting the Branson area!!!
