This condo is a condo we manage for another owner at Notch Estates. It is the same floor plan as all of ours on the main website. It is 2 bedroom 2 bath, 900 sq. ft. with a large deck . This is a straight walk in unit with no stairs, a beautiful view and just a few short steps from the parking.
It has 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It has cable with a TV, DVD and a VCR in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom.
It does not have the bunk beds but it does have 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. It also has a washer/dryer.

We will refund 100% of your payment in the following circumstances:
1. Death in your family
2. Serious illness in your family
3. Unable to travel due to road conditions
4. If we are able to fill the room on the date you had reserved
