The sunsets are spectacular and different every night of the summer. This classic Leelanau County ranch home is spacious, comfortably furnished, very solid and surrounds its occupants in the seasoned glow of cedar. The cottage sits feet from and looks out over spectacular Lake Michigan with 200 feet of private beach. The cottage is a few miles north of Leland, near the well known Happy Hour Tavern and Restaurant off Gill's Pier Road has three good sized bedrooms: one bedroom sports a king bed, the other two have two twin beds each. There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room. Provided for guests are high speed internet, a washer/dryer, a fireplace, deck, gas grill, deck furniture, and window a/c units in the bedrooms for the occasional northern Michigan warm night. Two kayaks and 4 yak boards are also on the property for guest use and enjoyment and are sitting on the very private beach several steps down from the bluff on which the cottage watches over the water! Linens, towels, and enough paper and soap products are provided to get our guests started for the week.
