Located at the heart of Cape Cod, 4 mi from the Bay; 5 mi to the Nantucket Sound, 3 minutes drive from Exit 9B off State 6, near shopping, theaters, restaurants, & much more.
The space:
Host's space is in the lower level. When renting the top floor you have two separate entrances (front door and patio door). There is a door at the bottom of the stairs to the lower level that can be locked from either side. The house has central air condition, it's quiet, spacious, clean, and full of natural light. Private fenced yard for family gatherings and fun. If you have cat allergies this is not a place for you. Although, there are no cats that live in the property, on occasions, our cat visits with us.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all of the upstairs appliances, beach umbrella and beach chairs (for guests traveling by air). The outdoor space is shared with the host with a BBQ and fire pit.
Unless you make arrangements before arrival, we will presume that you prefer to bring your own or have made arrangements with a rental business.
