Great downtown condo
You can walk to all the Main St. shops and restaurants from this location. Very convenient. The condo is very modern and clean with all the amenities you will need.

A quiet and secure suite in a historic brick building at 100 West Court Street, just 1/2 block away from all the charm of downtown Greenville, one of Americas top 10 downtowns! This updated unit has exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances with a well stocked kitchen. The sun pours in through giant windows to warm up the Trendy furniture and the fluffy bedding. WiFi, Cable TV, a blow dryer, ironing board and a washer and dryer are available for your comfort.
The keyless entry uses a code which is changed after each guests departure to enhance security. Guests have access to parking in the parkade just steps away, and will appreciate the close elevator access to the suite for loading and unloading luggage. A bike rental shop is 1 block away for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail (also just 1 block away), as is the bus depot for further distances. Restaurant and entertainment options are nearly endless in our gorgeous city, and you'll have access to the owners for our recommendations.
