House provide 4 bedroom suites with private full bathrooms each. Lingne Roset King size bed in master bedroom suite, Queen size bed in Guest Suite, Double bed in Private Suite (includes small living/kitchenette area) and Single bed (in Kids Room) provided. Plus spectacular "art room" with walls of glass and private balcony equipped with Queen size Ligne Roset sofa bed.
Two bathrooms have bidets and other fixtures designed by Alessi and made by Laufen in Germany, Master bathroom has spacey double shower with high quality commercial grade steam room.
2 more sectional sofas are available on the first floor in Living and Pool room area (will be your choice of desperation for good night sleep).
Kitchen furnish 14 feet (4 m) island with 6 burners professional gas cook-top. 2 Miele oven and Microwave, 48 inch refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, Miele dishwasher, toaster, slow cooker, Soda Stream machine for making soda, professional grade Italian made espresso machine (Privately imported directly from Italy coffee as well as best English tea are provided) you are welcome to use. Kitchen is equipped with top of the line professional kitchen utensils, knifes and accessories.
Entertain yourself and your guests in the bar and pool table room with fireplace. 3 TVs throughout the house, built in speakers inside and outside the house, intercom with visual access control, security cameras, remote gate open and close. 3 car garage.
