Memorial Day Weekend Visit
his is an excellent property for groups or large families. There are 4 bedrooms; one on each corner - each with its own full bath. The common area and kitchen in the center of the house makes for a great gathering place to play cards or watch a movie. The outdoor deck area had lots of space for guests and comfortable furniture for seating 9, more if needed. We hosted two dinners; one with about 20 people - there was plenty of space. Everything worked and the place was in very good condition. This was my first experience using a vacation rental service. I did not get the instructions for entering the property so I have to call the owner. He was great and got me squared away. I would rent this place again!

Ideal for a reunion
What a great place to reconnect with old friends. The floor plan of this house was perfect for our getaway for 8 college friends. Each of the 4 rooms had it's own full bathroom (and a half bath common bath). The 4 corners being bedrooms and the center being the common area was just ideal . The "bob-o-matic" twin beds were very comfy. Surprisingly, the hot water heater was able to handle 8 ladies all taking showers in the morning, back to back! There were some technical issues w the tv's (living room & 2 bedrooms) but we didn't stress since we were so busy socializing, tv was less important. Hot tub and fire pit were wonderful on the cool evenings. Lastly, we enjoyed walking the grounds (it was too early for lake activities). We all want to make this a yearly occurrence. Note: Howard is very pleasant and responsive. We rented his other house last year but this one suited us better. But both houses were very nicely equipped with everything you'd need, including wine :-)

Great house for a group
We (6 women)!enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable rooms and beds, good heat and well insulated (temps were in the single digits outside). the living room/kitchen/dining room were very comfortable and conducive to hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked (except no coffee grinder). Location can't be beat for beauty and convenience.

Relaxing Family Weekend
An easy breezy experience from start to end. Howard the owner of the home was kind and gracious in accommodating our large family needs. The home is beautiful and peaceful. Comes with everything you could possibly need. The homes single level and open layout is ideal for little ones. Easy to keep you're eye on them and no stairs to worry about. This a relaxing, comfortable and luxe home located near all the restaurants and shop of Lenox, MA. We had a wonderful time and truly grateful that Howard and Sandy were easy and kind hosts! Thank you!
