Minimum StaySummer Fun in the Berkshires!
This was our second time staying at this house and it was just as much fun in the summer as it was this past winter. Everything is clean and well stocked - from life jackets to condiments to towels. The beds are quite comfortable and there is plenty of room for our group of 7. Marybeth, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of when we needed assistance. We look forward to future trips up north to this wonderful house.

Everything we needed
My husband and I spent time at this property for three days. They provided everything we needed. Howard, the owner of the property replies to emails in a timely fashion. Keith who takes care of the property was very nice and accommodating. Keith came to introduce himself to us and let us know that if there was anything we needed that all we had to do was call. Keith went above and beyond! We hope to make this an annual trip!

Wonderful home in excellent location
Wonderful home with all amenities in an excellent location. The only problem was that the WiFi never did work and was not fixed during our stay since the cable company didn't come out over Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully this will get fixed and checked regularly. Otherwise would not hesitate to stay at this property again if coming to the area!

Well-stocked and fab location
Spent a weekend in May here with friends. The house was perfect for us and in a beautiful location. The house had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

New Cape Cod Style 5BR, 3BA, , sleeps 10-14+. New fully equipped kitchen w/ center island, indoor and outdoor barbecues, wine cooler, 2 fireplaces, large deck with 8 person hot tub and super seating for beautiful sunsets, Dacquiris and Bloody Mary's ( ingredients included). Fabulous great room with pool table, 65' HD Smart TV and 60' HD Smart TV for you sports fans. Great indoor / outdoor sound system and don't worry about the neighbors. Summer weeks include 2 rounds of golf at nearby Cranwell Country club or Spa treatments for two at the Cranwell Spa or trade them for show tickets, Tanglewood, Shakespeare or Jacobs Pillar performances. Both Westinghouse and Vanderbilt agreed that this was the best location in the Berkshires. Take a very short hike (15 mins) to the nearby Edith Wharton Estate for some great drinks, snacks, super Jazz and the beautiful gardens. Norman Rockwell, The Clark and Berkshire Museums have new exhibits. They are waiting for you. GB, Stockbridge, Lee, Pittsfield and Lenox restaurants, shopping and crafts fairs are awesome, your table is waiting, Tanglewood picnic baskets, lawn chairs and blankets provided. Management on premises to take care of your every need. OMG. Bonus, just added entire new lower level, also a two person Kayak and free motor boating lesson.
