Enjoy relaxing on the White Sand Beach, with gorgeous views of Ipswich Bay, or wading over the sand bars as you explore the Sea Life. BBQ on the deck as you watch Sailing Ships, Coastal Birds, and the spectacular Sunsets. Take pleasure in all your favorite water sports, Swimming, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Sail Boarding etc. right from the backyard!! You could spend your entire vacation at the Beach House and have plenty to do, but.... this is also the perfect location to begin your exploration of Cape Ann!! Biking around the Cape to explore Rockport, Bearskin neck, the Headlands and area beaches especially Long Beach and Good Harbor Beach is a spectacular activity. Enjoy discovering Gloucester's rich New England history, natural beauty, extraordinary beaches, fine restaurants, concert series, and special events. Check out the popular whale watching or deep sea fishing excursions, lighthouses and art galleries. A short drive from the Sand Dollar Beach House to the train station in Rockport or Gloucester allows for no hassle day trips to Historic Salem or Boston museums, theatres and other attractions.
The Sand Dollar has two bedrooms, eat in kitchen, den, and living room with slider accessing a large deck overlooking the beach and amazing views. Queen bed in master bdrm, 2nd bdrm can be a large queen or 2 twin beds. Large sectional sofa in living room. Full Bath with tile shower. Large eat in kitchen. Den has full size couch. Deck has 2 Café tables with umbrellas seating for 8 and a wicker loveseat. The unit is open concept, full of light, surrounded by windows and (did I mention the spectacular views?).
A 2 minute drive, N to the Lanesville Village for Grocery's, Coffee/ Breakfast Shop, Gallery's, Kayaking Shop and Package Store. Parking for 2, small dogs considered, No Smoking in house, Extra Sleeping Quarters in Pop-Up Camper (4) available for additional charge.
