This house was just as pictured! Very well stocked and close to South Beach on a quiet street. Slept 7 adults comfortable (1 in twin bed) and was very clean. Had a great time and had the security deposit returned promptly after renting with a nice note. We would stay here again!

This house was amazing. It was exactly as the listing described. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, etc. The house was in biking distance to the village and the beach. The owner was very responsive and returned the security deposit within a week. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking in the area.

Sunny contemporary midway between South Beach and Edgartown .Large living area with entertainment center, open to well appointed kitchen makes for comfortable entertaining and relaxing. Quiet location on dead-end street, spacious 'upside down' house with all amenities. Large deck facing southern exposure, complete with outdoor dining and lounge chairs. Screened-in porch adjacent to deck and kitchen with comfortable seating and teak table for 'bug-free' dining. After beach outdoor enclosed shower.Ambiance: The open air feel and second story living area, deck and screened in porch give the feeling of complete privacy and seclusion. The sunny deck is perfect for sunning or outdoor dining. The screened porch offers a quiet respite for reading or relaxing, and includes a teak table for al fresco dining. The house has a well appointed Kitchen and comfortable seating for 8. A private, enclosed after beach shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
About The Area
The island of Martha's Vineyard offers beautiful beaches, scenic vistas and specialty shopping. The quaint whaling town of Edgartown offers beautiful harbor views, excellent restaurants and unique shopping. Oak Bluffs gingerbread cottages and history add to the visit, as well as the beaucolic rolling hills of the 'up-island' area.
