Minimum StayLovely Home for a Relaxing Vacation
We spent 5 days at this location. The house was pretty much as advertised -- bright, airy, contemporary -- good kitchen and stocked with napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There were several beach chairs, which is a nice touch (not having to bring our own). The ceiling fans and floor fans were great, wifi was excellent, the location was very central -- we walked to the bike rental shop and got bikes for our stay -- there was even a convenient bike rack outside the house! We cooked several meals using the Weber grill on the deck -- it was perfect! I would definitely consider renting this property again.

Nice house, great location
We stayed this house for our labor day weekend. The house is set in a quiet, private road, well maintained, super clean, and has everything we needed, even my favorite tea; location is perfect, close to everything - beach, town center, grocery stores. The owner is very nice, had everything well organized before we arrived.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a wonderful time on our vacation and the house was perfect for our needs. Everything was as listed and clean when we got there (the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were an especially helpful amenity with a 2 year old in our group!). Plenty of space for my family and parents. The location was excellent for us with a beautiful beach a short drive away and downtown Edgartown close by as well. Dave was helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Clean, Relaxful, Private Setting...Great Location
We have rented this property for the past 3 summers and have enjoyed the quiet, peaceful setting. The convenient location makes it close to the beach, bike path, town and Morning Glory Farm. The house is well maintained, has a lovely kitchen to work in, firm beds and the owner is very accommodating and nice to work with. The manager is very attentive to your needs as well. Every year he has made improvements to the property and welcomes suggestions. Our young grandchildren love the house and enjoy playing on the property. It is so nice to have found a house that is comfortable to live in and we look forward to spending 2 weeks there each summer.

This home has everything you need for a vacation on Martha's Vineyard. With 1600 square feet of living space, It is a bright airy contemporary charmingly furnished with a sky lighted living room with Comcast Cable HDTV, DVD, phone, fireplace, internet access with WiFi and comfortable furniture. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a first floor queen sized bedroom opening to a private deck, second floor queen size bedroom and a double twin bedroom opening to a deck. Large deck in front of house with Weber gas grill and umbrella table which seats six, and a lounge deck chair. It's nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac which is near the bike path and close to beach, restaurants, and Edgartown. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and pails and shovels for the kids also provided, along with outside shower for after the beach. Perfect for a family vacation or couples seeking a country setting close to the beach and town. In addition to the weekly rates shown, daily rates for a minimum 5 night stay are also available.
This property is located near the Joseph Sylvia State Beach Park which is the ideal beach for families with small children and for people who like to swim. The beach is separated from the road by dunes and has low surf. It's also close to the heart of downtown Edgartown and just off the bike path which connects to all the bike paths on the Vineyard. The house is very bright and comfortable with sliders to the decks on a wooded lot.
