A newly renovated Brownstone located a short distance from famed Newbury Street and Fenway Park, enjoy an eclectic mix of trendy boutiques, national retailers, and individually owned shops and restaurants or take-in a ball game at the oldest Major League Ball park and watch the Red Sox chase another pennant.
The Space
My apartment offers a true Back Bay feel, an abundant young professional neighborhood right in the center of the city. The unit has an open concept kitchen (equipped with modern appliances including a gas stove, range, microwave and washer/dryer) and living space along with a separate bedroom.
Remote controlled A/C unit is located in the far window and can effectively cool the entire unit. The unit also includes minimal closet space in the bedroom and living room for luggage and/or baggage.
Guest Access
When you arrive, I will be waiting for you at the apartment to give you the keys, show you around, and answer all of your questions. If I am unavailable my friend Brendan will do the walk-through instead.

The Neighborhood
With everything in walking distance, the neighborhood is safe and accessible to multiple areas within the city. Symphony Hall is right at the corner. In addition, Hynes Convention Center, Museum of Fine Art, NEU, Berklee College of Music, NEC, BU, Longwood Medical Area, Prudential Shopping Center, Copley Shopping Mall, Newbury Street, Christian Science Church, the Shops on Newbury Street and Fenway Park are all in walking distance.
If you are a true Foodie, a short stroll will find you among popular eateries: Towne, Abe & Louie’s, The Capital Grille and Cafeteria. Hit the Theatre & Entertainment district and experience the sounds & sights of the city; the Wang Theatre, Orpheum Theatre and Boston Ballet or immerse yourself and take delight in the city’s late night vibes.
Working in the city for a few days at Prudential Center or in town for college event, this is the perfect place for a short term stay; very close proximity to Berklee College of Music, MIT, Northeastern, Wentworth and the Schools of The Fenway.
