Living Room has queen sleeper sofa. 2nd full bath is in hallway. Large flat panel LCD TVs in each room. Master bedroom has spacious master bath with jetted tub, shower and double sink. Ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Large Gourmet kitchen with Corian counters and new top grade Samsung stainless appliances! You will enjoy the great views of the ocean, bay and mid-town ocean city from the balcony. Sun rise over the ocean and sun sets over the bay can be seen. Located next to 64th St where it is convenient to a shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants. 2 reserved parking places with elevator access. Includes free WiFi, HD channels, 9' Ceilings add the the spacious feeling of the unit. Building has a nice pool to enjoy in addition to the beach. Beach is a short 100 yards away with no streets to cross! Unit comes with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for use on the beach. Balcony has 4 chairs and some tables to enjoy the sea breezes.
What to do in Ocean City Md : Ocean city has many amenities including the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, numerous miniature golf locations, and the famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes before 10am in summer season, and all day Sept-May. It is a famous deep sea fishing location with the featured White Marlin contest each August. There are numerous excellent golf courses that are a few miles away. A great spot for a 3-4 day golf weekend in the spring! Boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, diving trips are all available. Restaurants, movies, and public parks round out the options. There are lots of shopping options with Tanger Outlets on Rt 50 as well as Delaware Shopping Outlets are in Rehoboth beach area, about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway where you can enjoy sales tax free shopping. Popular Dead Freddies restaurant is across the street, as is a small grocery store, 5 Guys, and Papa John's Pizza. Easy access via Rt 90 bridge makes mid-town a popular vacation destination. Mid-Town Ocean City is a low rise area where the beaches tend not to be as crowded as the North Ocean City area due to higher population density.
