Best View In OC
We loved staying in this three bedroom two bath penthouse! The owner was a pleasure to work with and responded with any questions immediately. The view was spectacular! We spent many days just relaxing on the balcony and watching the Dolphins swim back and forth. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in ocean city ! Thanks for everything Ted!

Great Location, Great View, Fit 10 people
We spent a week this summer at this condo and had a great time. Being in the middle of Ocean City was the perfect location, not too far from the boardwalk, but not too north to deal with the more crowded beaches near the huge buildings. We were two families with a total of 10 people (4 adults + 6 kids) and this condo fit us perfectly, we used the bunks w trundle, the futon and Murphy bed for the kids. As the other review said, the view was fantastic. Being on the top (8th) floor, this unit has a very wide private balcony that is open to the sky above and was a great place to have breakfast or evening drinks. The unit was updated and clean. Ted the owner was easy to work with, was responsive during the pre-rental process, answered all questions and allowed us to access the locker/closet with beach chairs, toys and umbrella. Thanks Ted!! If we visited OC again we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view
We just got back from our family vacation and our stay at the Oceana was great! The condo was nicely updated, clean and in a great location. The highlight of the place though was the unbelievable view from the huge balcony!! This is what being oceanfront is all about. The owner was great to work with and very helpful too. We had a great trip, thanks Ted!

Perfect for our family
Owner was very responsive. We’ve been renting in Ocean City for probably 20 years and this was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. Clean, upgraded, every amenity you could possibly need. They’ve thought of it all. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you! Definitely a hidden gem!

This unit is in Midtown Ocean City on 83rd street. Within walking distance to great resturants and activities for the family. Outdoor pool is part of the facility with secured accessed. Bicycles included with rental. Many fun activities to do in Ocean City - boating, water skiing, jet skiing, surfing, paddle boarding, golfing, and much more.
