Beautiful ocean view and perfect location
I first would like to say that Ken is awesome. Talking with him is like talking to a longtime friend. My family and I have been going to OC for years when our children were growing up and we haven't been here for a few years. We have our first granddaughter and this is where my daughter wanted her to have her first vacation. I wanted something right on the beach and pet friendly and this property stood out to me. Sitting in the front room listening to the waves was so peaceful. Watching the sunrise was spectacular. The beach was very clean and not crowded. This property offered plenty of room for everyone as well as the balcony that overlooked the ocean. Just a short drive and you are at the boardwalk and many wonderful restaurants. I would absolutely come back to this property. Thanks Ken for being such a nice and honest person.

Our New and Preferred Ocean City Rental
With a growing family, a pampered pet, and the need for more bedrooms, Six on the Beach met all of our needs for our annual family vacation in Ocean City. The location was very convenient for shopping, many dining options, and recreational activities. The balcony overlooking the dunes and pristine beach was large enough for our family to enjoy. It was mere steps to the dune crossing. Thanks, Ken, for always being available to answer our questions and address our concerns. Our family agreed 100% that this is the unit we want to reserve for our next Ocean City vacation.

Beautiful Beach Views
What a beautiful view! Such a great mid town location close to everything with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful week. Ken is super responsive and makes everything so easy! You would never have a question not answered or a problem not solved by Ken or his property manager. My family came down and it was a great spot for kids and adults alike! A great kids' room and easy access/safe for them to the beach. Highly recommend this property!!! :)

Perfect Location / Great views
The condo was perfect for six adults. The views from the balcony were incredible and the direct access to the beach was a major plus. For us dog owners, there are many areas nearby to walk your dog. The inside was roomy and spacious enough that we all had our own space. Convenient to the Beach Bus (right at 43rd st) and within walking distance to Seacrets and many other midtown establishments. Ken was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to any of my questions. We will certainly stay there again next year.

This 2nd-floor unit overlooks a private beach with easy access to the main beach through the path in the dunes.
Walk from the 12x15 foot balcony directly to the beach.
The LR/DR has 2 sofas, dining table for eight, flat screen TV, artwork, ceiling fan.
The kit is well furnished with everything you will need, ice-maker, cold drinking water, microwave oven etc.
There are 3 BRs including the master with king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and full bath. The second BR has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The bunk room has a double bed, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, TV, and ceiling fan.
NOTE; RENTER TO PROVIDE LINENS & TOWELS
The LR/DR, Kit and hallways are ceramic tile.
Includes a full-size stackable washer and dryer.
We only rent to Families and groups. We do not rent to groups under 25 years old unless accompanied by family members and/or guardian meeting the age requirement and in the unit 24/7.
