This midtown location was perfect for us. It was just steps to the beach! This property was perfect for our family, we have stayed many places in Ocean City and this was by far the best. Very comfortable and clean, owner was great to work throughout the whole process, she even set up a payment plan for us. We just booked our 2018 vacation with Ellie and totally looking to it!

House with two tastefully decorated 3 BR, 2 bath apartments each having their own entrance and covered front porch. Ocean Block, steps to the beach. Only one property away from the beach. No highways to cross. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, crock pot and blender provided for your convenience. Gas stove. All the comforts of home with coastal decor and accents. Covered front porch. Two reserved parking spaces in front of your door. Additional off street parking for your guests. First floor unit. No steps to climb with heavy luggage. Outside Foot wash. HDTV, WIFI, central air conditioning and heat for year round comfort. Ceramic tile in wet areas. Bedrooms are carpeted. Ceiling fans throughout. Two flat screen TV's. Full size washer and dryer. Very well maintained with regular updates. Owner operated.
About The Area
Great midtown location. The ocean is literally steps away which makes it easy to come and go from the the beach for lunch, naps and potty runs. No hassle getting to and from the beach. No highways to cross. Less crowded beach away from cluster of highrises. Easy walk to Royal Farms for your morning coffee and newspaper. Redbox. Many restaurants within walking distance for dining in and carry out. Ropewalk is known for its outdoor ambiance and sunsets. They have a play area for the kids, outside bars and dining with firepits. Hooked has a great menu and happy hour. Victorias is anew seafood market on 80th for your crabs and clams.
