Building is called Dominica Beach. Each of our condos features a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, a full bath with plenty of storage and a large living/sleeping area with a queen-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, cable TV, WIFI and its own washer/dryer, as well as plenty of storage. See photos. Unlike any other condo in our building, we also offer a private ground floor locker room with private lockers and changing area. Just outside the locker room is an outside shower. Sheets and/or towels are available if needed -- but guests are asked to kindly launder them before they leave and put them back for other guests. We offer the use of 4 beach chairs for each condo, beach toys & beach umbrellas as well as strollers, high chair and pack-n-play, along with complementary paper products, trash bags, toiletries, and detergents. (Saving you over $50/day based on the cost of the renting such on the beach). Being on 41st Street, in the heart of OC, it is an easy walk to nearby attractions:
Convention Center -- on 41st Street
Famous Boardwalk starts on 28th street
Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park on 32nd street Seacrets nightclub on 49th street
Rita's and Dough Roller on 41st street
ABC Brewing Company on 45th street
Pontoon and water sport rentals next to Mackey's on 53rd.
As well as numerous restaurants, food stores, miniature golf, salons and shopping.
Excellent and cheap bus service -- stops on the corner of 41st
Lots to do: swimming, surfing, boating, golfing, shopping, rides, games, lots of restaurants, miniature golf, etc.

Fully equipped kitchen (full stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, spices, and Keurig coffee maker, etc.)

Queen sized bed, with anti-allergen foam rubber pillows and mattress covers, etc.
Extra pillows and covers for the sleeper sofa.
Living room area with queen-sized sleeper sofa
