The unit is next to the Convention Center and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, family attractions and nightlife entertainment.
Jolly Roger’s amusement park is only a few blocks away and features mini golf, go-carts and Splash Mountain Water Park. The unit is across the street from Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill and a few blocks from Seacrets Jamaica nightclub. The famous boardwalk is only a 15 minute walk.
The unit can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably and provides a magnificent view of the bay from the third floor balcony. The unit includes 1 assigned parking spot. The pool overlooks the bay and boat slip and a boat ramp are available so bring your boat!. Small sandy beach provides direct access to the bay for fishing and jet skiing.
The fully stocked kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and tile backsplash and includes full size fridge, stove with convection oven, dish washer, a Keurig machine for your morning coffee, and microwave. Brand new full size washer & dryer also in unit.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and dinette to accommodate up to 6 people. Also breakfast bar seats 2 people. The living room has a 40' led smart TV with cable and access to HULU, Netflix, Pandora Etc. Also a Bluetooth sound bar you can use to connect your smart phone/tablet to listen to music. Unit includes high speed internet at no additional charge!
The spacious, bright bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed w/ twin pull out trundle. Bedroom has a dresser and big closet to store your belongings. Also a ceiling fan, TV with smart BlueRay/DVD with access to HULU, Netflix, Pandora, etc. (some dvd's provided for your entertainment).
*Linens, towels, and toiletries are NOT provided.
(Must Bring: Towels and 2 Queen sheet sets and 3 Twin sheet sets.)
Avoid Saturday Traffic. During the summer months we rent weekly from Friday to Friday. Some Mini weeks available!
