Located on the 4th floor of the Astoria building, the windows offer clear view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. 1750 sq ft of space offers plenty of room for your family and friends. Tall 9’ ceilings and extra large rooms are very different than your average OC Condo! Unit offers large living room, dining area and modern kitchen.  The large Master bedroom has a King bed, access to balcony, large private bath with large jetted tub, separate shower and dual sink vanity. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with private bath. Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds with great views from the windows. Queen Sleep sofa in living room .  All bedrooms have New Smart 60" HD flat panel TV's, BluRay player in living room allows playing DVDs. Also featured is a utility room with high capacity full size washer and dryer. Just steps from the condo door is the large sun deck and pool.  Very short walk to beach only 75 yards away!
Modern Kitchen has solid Corian countertops. Cabinets are solid wood. Fridge has ice maker and is double door. Great choice for your week at the beach!

Unit rents in summer months weekly Sat to Sat. May and Sept 3 night minimum, Oct-April 2 weekend nights or 3 weekday nights
10% of rent amount plus processing fees if 60 or more days before check in. If less than 60 days, if dates are rented to another guest, same fee as stated previously. If not rented to another guest the full deposit is forfeit.
