Wonderful Condo!!!!
Our stay in this condo was fantastic. The location was great, it's so close to the beach and there are restaurants/a grocery store, etc right across the street. The condo was incredibly clean and very comfortable. It's big enough that a larger family or a group of friends would have enough room to spread out and be comfortable. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation, including beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Carol was very easy to work with and made the whole thing simple. We can't wait to come back next year!

Can't say enough about our stay at this property. From booking to checkout and the beautiful memory all superior. As described but better, clean everything in top working order and such a treat for our 9 year or Lab Lucy to share the vacation with us, this is the one for your memory

Love this place
Enjoy staying here. Northside Park just across the street that we could bring our dog to walk every morning. The beach is not busy as the beach by broad walk. The most important is this place is spotless!!! Highly recommend!!

Great Family Vacation!
We stayed at this lovely condo for a week in July-- it could not had been more comfortable and convenient to everything. The unit is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable! We all slept like babies. She also recently upgraded the appliances and kitchen table; which was a nice touch. Our family of six ranged in ages from 67 to 10 and each of us had our own space to relax; while being able to hang out as a family. We enjoyed the private balcony and the easy, short access to the beach as well as the short walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. The drive to the Boardwalk is only about 10-15 minutes, making it easy to enjoy the action; while taking in the quiet of the condo at night. The extra bonus was being able to bring our two small family dogs- I would say they likely enjoyed the private balcony more than we did! If you have small children and dogs, Northside Park is just across Coastal Highway (about a 10 minute walk)- there are playgrounds, walking paths, ball fields, BBQ pavilions and a pier that provides a view of the breathtaking bay sunsets. Carol is wonderful to work with, she is attentive and responds to questions right away- even during your stay. All in all, it was an amazing vacation and we look forward to a future stay.

Home away from Home
Our family loves coming and relaxing in this great fully equipped and nicely decorated condo that is only a few steps away from the beach! This unit is always extremely clean and we love how it is nicely decorated. The rooms are very spacious and we love how the kitchen has everything in it that we need. We are able to sit out on the porch and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and enjoy relaxing. This is our family's home away from home and we look forward to coming back year after year!

Located on 126th Street. Unit 4 which is the top left unit. We do not have an elevator.

Cable TV. TV in living room and all bedrooms. 1 Private parking space with plenty of street parking. Common area deck for small gatherings. Private deck outside front door.
For your convenience the unit has central Air Conditioning and heat as well as a full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, and a full-size dining table.
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (single top/double bottoms). Great for two families. Linens are not included.
CLEAN AND CLUTTER FREE! YOU WILL LOVE IT!
Unit sleeps 10 but no more than 6 adults are allowed during any one rental period.
