Beautiful Bay front condo was new in 2007! The Coral Seas is a new modern building located in mid-town Ocean City on 76th Street. Breathtaking views of the bay and midtown OC are to be had. Prior to recent rentals beginning in June 2016, this unit was a private retreat. Unit has top notch furniture, large flat panel TVs, 3 bed 3 full baths allowing sleeping for up to 8. This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Master bedroom has Queen bed set with private bath, access to bay view balcony. Br # 2 has 2 double beds in a bunk set up with twin bed as well plus private bath. Br # 3 is a second Master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Living room has L-shaped sofa for plenty of seating for all! Access to the large balcony from master bedroom and living room. You will enjoy the great views of the bay from the living room, master bedroom and oversized bay front balcony. Not your average OC Condo, 9' Tray Ceilings, large spacious rooms add to your relaxed vacation experience. Short two block walk to the beach!
Building amenities include beautiful rooftop pool with large sun deck. Great views of mid-town Ocean City sky line, the bay and some views of the ocean. There is also a workout room on the 4th floor for our guests use. Great location close to the Rt 90 bridge with may restaurants within close walking distance. Boat and jet ski rentals are also close by. Parking for 2-3 vehicles in open lot under building. You will love this condo!
