Incredible stay!!
Great condo! One of the best home away stays I've had. Great location (between 2 of the best ice cream shops in O.C.). Very well stocked, comfortable furniture, and very quiet considering it was high season. Loved the covered deck facing the canal. Gary was extremely easy to deal with, and very quick with communications. If I could ask for anything, is maybe a little bigger cable package. Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Gary's condo. Look forward to returning. Thanks again Gary for letting us stay at your place!!

Very nice and very clean!! A great place to stay!
This was our second visit to Gary's condo. We had a very nice stay. Only a few blocks from the beach and Northside park. It is clean and very relaxing with a lovely view! The pool is also very well kept and lifeguarded. It is a plus to have the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic Place to stay
My family had a wonderful stay at Gary's Condo! Everything was neat, clean and tidy and we didn't have any problems at all. The A/C worked perfectly and we were there during an extremely hot week. We especially enjoyed the pool and it was very nice that there was a lifeguard during our entire stay. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay, Excellent Owner
The owner was very easy to work with throughout the reservation process and provided good information. The condo itself was clean and the pictures accurately reflect the condo condition. The decorations are nice and give a fun beach and vacation vibe. I personally like that this condo has central A/C as I find that to be more enjoyable than window A/C units that are often found in Ocean City condos. A great stay!

Fantastic
Awesome condo. If you don't want to spend $200+ a night in OC, visit Gary's condo. It is absolutely perfect. When you're at the beach, you're hardly in the room to begin with other than to sleep or to come back and make lunch. The condo is VERY well kept, clean, and perfect size and perfect price. It is a block away from the beach and walking distance. My girlfriend and I couldn't be more happy with the condo. Gary is awesome. Very communicative, gets back to you in a timely manor, and very professional. We will be back to stay at Gary's condo any time we come to OC from now on. Thanks Gary!

A great vacation in a fabulous condo!
We were totally impressed with the cleanliness, location, and view of this condo! We enjoyed having coffee out on the deck and watching the wildlife on the canal in the mornings. It was a short walk to the ocean and to A fantastic park, where we rode bikes and walked on the paved path. We discovered martins fish market and cooked wonderful dinners in the evening and enjoyed them out on the covered deck, which is roomy and furnished with comfortable chairs and large table. If we return to ocean city next year, we definitely will book with Gary, who was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Gary for making our Ocean City vacation a memorable one!

Clean, Cozy Condo in a Great Location
I spent 2 weeks in this clean and comfortable condo. The space is plenty large enough for a couple and even a small family. The development was quiet, with a nice (lifeguarded) pool, and located close to the beach and Northside Park, and some great restaurants...Dumser's, Crab Bag, Tequila Mockingbird, Fractured Prune, Abbey's Burger Bistro....we loved sitting out on the large balcony overlooking the canal. The owner is easy to contact and responsive to emails and questions. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing ocean city vacation.

Wonderful stay!!

AWESOME!
Our rental and stay was completely enjoyable thanks to the owner, Gary. Gary was very easy to communicate with and returned emails quickly. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived! The back deck is peaceful and has enough space for many to enjoy. Overall, the condo had plenty of space for four people and we had a great time! When we return to Ocean City, we will be renting from Gary again for sure!

A wonderful place to stay!
We stayed at Gary's condo in May and are coming down again in October. The condo was immaculately clean and the location for us was perfect. I think Gary takes pride in keeping his place well taken care of. Loved being able to sit on the deck and enjoy my morning coffee. Virtually heard NO noise at night (and the cars were everywhere at Hooters, etc for the Spring car cruise) You won't find anyone better to deal with than Gary. He is truly a gem! Will certainly be renting from him again.

Fantastic Rental !! Highly Recommended !
Extremely clean and well laid out unit. Many local businesses and restaurant's within walking distance. Wonderful deck which overlooks canal. It was great sitting out on the deck in the morning's for coffee ! The unit is well maintained and has many modern amenities. It was too cool to go swimming during our stay however, the pool is practically out the back door ! Gary was extremely helpful, prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this unit to friends, relatives and anyone else seeking a super clean, cozy getaway ! This unit is definitely a gem !! Looking forward to another relaxing visit to this condo !

Pleasant Stay
The property was exactly as described. Very clean, cozy, and peaceful. The beach is a short 5-minute walk away. Also, there was a Wawa, Food Lion, CVS, 7-eleven, McDonalds, and much more....ALL which were less than 10 minutes walking distance. The balcony over-looked the canal, which was beautiful in the morning while you enjoy breakfast. Only suggestion to the owner is Wi-fi, but other than that everything else was excellent!!

Cozy and charming condo
This condo on a scenic canal was immaculate and charming! And Gary could not have been a more helpful or accommodating landlord! The weekend getaway my husband and I had planned fell the week after Hurricane Sandy. Knowing we might have concerns about the condition of things in Ocean City, Gary contacted us to offer a full refund if we chose not to come, no questions asked. He also offered to scope things out and report back to us, which he did on a daily basis. Are we glad we decided to go! The condo is close to everything (we walked to Dumser's Dairyland for ice cream one evening) yet quiet and peaceful, tucked off the main highway. Gary responded to all of our communications in a very timely and courteous fashion. He was a kind and gracious host. The condo is cozy yet spacious, and it truly felt like a home away from home! We fell in love with Gary's condo and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Wonderful time away
Picture's don't do this place justice it is much larger than they make it appear but its still just enough space for you to get comfortable for a nice getaway. It's extremely close to everything with multiple grocery stores plus restaurants of all types within walking distance or a short drive. Both weekends we were there were car shows going on so just had to walk out the door and it was plenty to see in addition the beaches. Gary is also a great renter to work with was always there with answers to any questions I had an gave great advice with places to check out an information on things to do while you are staying there. This place is definitely a diamond in the beach and I will be staying here again next time i go to Ocean City.

September stay
Condo was very nice and clean. Well furnished and maintained, and in a great location. This was our first trip to Ocean City, and we were impressed with everything. Gary's condo was just what we needed and we wished we had stayed longer. Very convenient with everything you could want close by. I would highly recommend staying here. Great Vacation

Gary, your condo is absolutely wonderful. My family and I had a great vacation. The condo is in a great location. The condo is very clean and spacious. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck and look at the water and boats. The condo was very close to the beach and pool. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful time and experience. The place was extremely clean and neat and lived up to its expectations. Mr. Gary provided us with fun activities around the area including directions on how to get there. He was also on standby just in case we needed anything. For the most part, the entire visit went without a hitch and we would highly recommend friends staying there. It is also conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. We would also stay there again if we decided to go back to ocean city at a later date.

Amazing Condo
The condo was great and also very accommodating. We always felt like we were coming home in the evenings. We had a great week and spent a full day in enjoying the view of the bay during a thunderstorm. We were very close to some great restaurants and within minutes to the boardwalk. The condo was very clean, well kept and very inviting. Gary was great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this for any family or couple. We had an amazing week and Gary's Condo definitely helped with adding to this wonderful trip. We will definitely be staying here again!

best time at the beach
We had a great time at Mr. Russell's condo. It was nicely decorated and had everything in it necessary for a relaxing, fun vacation! Great location, great waterview from the deck and the pool was an added pleasure! Very convenient to everything (including McDonald's and Dumser's) which was well taken advantage of!! Very clean and just perfect and Mr. Russell was so helpful for activities and where-to-goes! Will definitely go there again next year or sooner!!! Thanks again, Gary!

Great Get a Way
This was a lovely condo, so nicely decorated. It was in a great location, the pool was right outside, and the beach right up the street, and fishing nearby. We had dinner on the balcony, and it was so peaceful. The rooms were comfortable, cool, and well equipped with everything we needed. Itwas just the right size for our family. Mr. Russell was very helpful host, and helped us with suggestions on where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend staying there. We truly loved our stay at the Russell's, and look forward to staying there again..

Great condo!
The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was well supplied for your use. The canal was a nice view to look out on. The pool was a nice extra to have. The beach and restaurants were in walking distance. Mr. Russell made us feel at home at his condo and contacted us several times to make sure it was ready for us which was very nice.

No booking fees required to stay in this nicely decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, conveniently located on 123rd St, just over a block from the beach. It's ideal for couples or a small family. It also has a very convenient key-less door lock, so you never have to worry about losing your room key and getting locked out of the condo.
