Awesome weekend
Our family rented this unit for Memorial Day weekend and took our 2 year old and 8 week old. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the unit was. It was also awesome to see the owners had even babyproofed all the TVs in the unit. The view and location were superb - the deck overlooked the pool area and beach and it was super easy to get down to the pool deck as the unit is located conveniently next to stairs and only had to go down 2 floors right out onto the pool deck which has access to beach. Our 2 year old loved the pool and running around the expansive deck area. Also, there is a grocery store, wine store and restaurants across the street which was really convenient! Owner was very responsive and it is clear that they take good care of the unit throughout the year. Would definitely rent again!

Husband and Wife vacation
Great view of the ocean! Clean and comfortable, Slept like babies! Bed was very comfortable! Good location too! Only thing we missed from home was our dog!

Great Rental!!
My husband and I stayed here with our toddler son in August and the unit was great! Very clean and updated! Everything you need to feel at home for the week. The property as a whole was kept up very well. Pool is nice and games on the pool deck are a great idea. This unit is on the 4th floor and right next to the stairs to the pool deck making it very easily accessible to the pool and beach. Hope to stay again next year!

Clean and well equipped
This unit is exactly as pictured. The unit is tastefully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for a rental. The fourth floor oceanfront location was so convenient to the staircase right outside the door which provided quick to access the beach/pool on the 2nd level. Great restaurants close by included Blue Fish and Liquid Assets (right across the street). Having two beach chairs with this unit was also a plus. There is a grocery store directly across the street which made it very convenient as well. The pool was clean and the games on the pool deck were also a nice touch (including corn hole, bocce and shuffleboard). The overall property is also kept clean and we felt very secure. Great golf courses are also a short drive away. You won't regret renting this condo. Owners are very willing to answer any questions you have and they were very responsive. Would definitely return!

Direct ocean front condo with 2 bedrooms and two full baths. Out door pool and beach access. Clean and well maintained, family owned. Ocean and bay views from all rooms. Large covered private deck overlooking beach and pool. Additional side balcony from living room with ocean and bay views.
Recently redecorated, fully equipped kitchen. Condo sleeps six: king size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom, and a queen size sofa bed in L/R. Condo includes large flat panel high def TV in living room, flat panel high def TVs in each bedroom. Free wireless internet. One reserved parking space on site.
Building amenities include 3 elavators, secure building, community pool, exercise room, outside shower, restroom and showers at pool, and coin operated laundry facilities.
About The Area
The 9400 Condominium is located at 94 St and Coastal Highway with direct beach access. Also very convenient to restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shopping - all within easy walking distance. Public bus stop directly in front of the building. Convenient to parks and playgounds.
Restaurants and bars within easy walking include, Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, Liquid Assets, Tratoria Lombardi, Layton's, and others. Convenience store is next door, the Acme grocery store is across the street. Public bus stops immediately in front of the condo for trips to the Boardwalk or other trips north and south along the Coastal Highway
