Three finished, furnished levels in lovely, spacious end of group Townhome. Backs to Hopkins Creek which leads into the Chesapeake Bay. Drive your boat up to the homes private dock or drive your car in and park in assigned space, right in front of home. Home is fully furnished and offers 2 full kitchens, with dishwasher in main level kitchen. Cutlery, plates, pots, pans, etc. All you will need is your own groceries. Soak in the Hot Tub on the lower deck level. Watch the boaters and jetskier's go by. Go fishing or challenge your partner to a game of pool or ping pong, in lower level of home! Or you can take a bike ride to the local nearby activities or seafood restaurants. (Note- fishing rods, bikes and helmets are also offered complimentary) All children require adult supervision. The lower level is a studio unit and offers, pool table which also converts into a ping pong table, full size clothes washer and dryer, bathroom and comfortable sleeper-sofa (no springs). Half bath on main level and full bath on upper level. Main level of home is the kitchen and the living area. All levels walks out to deck in backyard facing the water and the private dock. There are 2 bedrooms on top level with queen beds and furnishings in each and sleeps 4 and the lower level sleeps 2. Plenty of closet space, big flatscreen TV's on every level. Free cable TV and WiFi, charcoal grill and outside fire pit. Ride in via your own boat, and dock on the water at the homes private dock! Get Maryland crabs by the dozen or try one of the other great dishes, seafood or otherwise at one of the local waterfront restaurants. And you can dance the night away to the live band on the water at the Riverwatch Restaurant/club. Also you can drive your boat right up to their dock.
