We stayed in this house over my daughter's wedding weekend. It was so perfect. Three generations all totally comfortable. Tons of space, porches on every level, great views of the water. Home is beautifully equipped, from kitchen to kayaks. We had a bridal luncheon there as well as make up and hair for all the wedding party the day of the wedding. I would rent again anytime

A wonderful place for family celebrations
Of all the rentals we've booked, this is by far the most superior. The owner, Debbie takes great care and pride in this home and her attention to detail is incredible. She is so accommodating and friendly making everything easy. The house is so comfortable , spacious, clean and most of all a relaxing environment for all to enjoy. This was a family get together for four generations (12 people in all) with everyone coming from Boston to Florida. The location is fantastic being 30 min from BWI and only 10 minutes from Annapolis. Everyone loved the house, and with so many activities available there was fun for all. The grounds are professionally maintained with plenty of peaceful locations to sit. The kids loved the creek and much time was spent on the Stand Up Paddle Boards and Kayaks. We had several family meals on the spacious decks and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is spotless and well equipped to handle family meals. We even made home made Ice Cream! Another great aspect is the location of the home to the Chesapeake Bay which you can see from the house. As I came by boat, it was only a short ride to some of the best fishing grounds on the Bay. While the creek is too shallow to dock , I was able to keep the boat around the corner ( 2min away) at a neighbor's house that we had rented last year. Overall, a wonderful experience was had by everyone!

Warm and inviting retreat
We were looking for a place to stay in Annapolis in order to visit with our Midshipman and extended family in the area. The pictures on the website do it justice. It is open and warm and wonderful for families big and small! There is room to spread out with beautiful bathrooms for each bedroom. The bedroom off the kitchen was perfect for our elderly mother because she didn't have to use the stairs and it was equipt with handicapped bars in the shower. The backyard is beautiful. We were there in the fall and we had bikes to use, but with the cozy fireplace we chose to sit and read. I am an avid baker and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my large family. It really exceeded our expectations. I felt as if I was home. It was truly a great place!! We have already planned our get together for next year! (PS. Debbie knew that we were without a car one day she picked up dinner that we ordered and brought it to us!) She will go beyond the call! Plus, she's a lab lover, so I knew she was good person:)

Beautiful property with lots of charm
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. It served as the meeting point for a very large family reunion. There was plenty of room for our family to stay (including 6 children under the age of 6-with lots of separate quiet rooms for differing nap times). We loved the gorgeous backyard with the access to water and the kayaks and paddleboards. Everyone in the family really enjoyed the morning and evening kayak trips. We will definitely return to this wonderful home in the future!

The Yellow House is a Gorgeous and Charming Southern Colonial, ( featured in 2 magazines), with a large welcoming front porch and multiple decks off the back, and is situated on one of the most picturesque and serene creeks on the bay. 5 miles from the center of Historic Annapolis, one of the most beautiful little cities on the Chesapeake Bay. Facing east you will enjoy memorable mornings watching the sun come up over the creek and open bay. Work boats out in the early morning, all from most windows. Have your morning coffee at the water's edge. Lots of Garden seating from every vantage point. The wildlife viewing is spectacular. Herons, Osprey-diving for perch, Eagles, and more. Its a unique setting which makes it perfect for a memorable family reunion/ days surrounding a wedding, staff retreat any reason to gather everyone in one place. The home is very spacious, comfortable and reminisant of a fine Country Inn. Two docks for crabbing/fishing /kayaking/paddle boarding(5 kayaks and 2 large paddle boards on Property) or swimming, lots of fun floats. 3 comfy cruising bicycles with baskets, on property for leisurely peddles around the surrounding area, peddle along the beautiful stretch of beach just a 2 blocks down the way.
The Main level (15x 48) deck and lower private flagstone patio, have lots of room for outdoor dining , relaxing, and backyard bbq's/crab feast, small cocktail/dinner parties -can be easily catered. Also, homeowner available for set up for small parties. Included in booking.
Lovingly and meticulously maintained perennial gardens (beautiful all year long. along with waterfront views of the creek and bay.

TV's in every bedroom. Full house generator provides peace of mind, no matter what mood mother nature is in.
The homeowner has chosen calming coastal colors throughout the house. All beds are made up with the finest linens, lofty comforters/ soft cozy bathrobe and slippers in each bedroom, every bathroom is stocked with thick fluffy towels, toiletries, soaps, shampoos, hairdyers and necessities. TV/cable /wifi in every room.
The Master Suite has a king and a double bed nook ,luxury private bath with soaking tub/bath salts/scrub , and private balcony overlooking the creek and bay. Remaining bedrooms have beautiful Queen size beds and the 6 bedroom room has 2 doubles. Plus a queen pull out sofa.
The Main living room has 2 sofas for everyone to gather and enjoy watching TV around a toasty fire/ gas fireplace with remote.- The main level deck has outdoor gas grill propane fully provided and outdoor living room seating -Very private. Indoor Lower level has another large, sectional sofa with large screen 50" TV/DVD , lots of room for entertaining on either level- large wooden table on garden level patio, perfect for Crab feasts.One phone call to order your steamed crabs,and all the trimmings, local seafood market , 5 minutes up the street. Homeowner always available to assist.
The Main Kitchen has lge 4 x 8 granite island, a 6 burner/double oven Viking Gas range. A chef's pantry off kitchen, fully stocked with plenty of pots/pans, dishes,glassware linens, etc. and every cooking tool imaginable/ plus Full beautiful walk in food pantry with lots of shelves, for all of your food storage Extra large Double Door SZ fridge/freezer combo. 2 additional fridges in home. Multiple french doors flank the baby grand piano between the kitchen living room. Main entry way is spacious and open. Patio level has a Full 2nd complete kitchen and makes it easy to prepare meals for lower patio dining or catering prep, as well. 3 vintage Cape Cod Style Bicycles . And a brand new Ping pong table and every board game and outdoor games. Ask me about 4 hour cruises/dinner/brunch on 46 foot luxury Catamaran just minutes from the house. (Additional charge) .
