This is an excellent property in a quiet little neighborhood in the Roscoe District. Close to shopping and some really neat places to eat. Streets are quiet and safe for night time strolls. The property itself is great for short or long term stays. Apartment is fully furnished and has anything you can possibly need. The property owner is great and always checking to see if you need anything. As with any Chicago neighborhood parking is the only draw back. Friday nights or on a game night parking is hard to come by, but can be found. If you don't have a car, public transportation available and close.

Beautifully rehabbed with brand new eat-in kitchen and bath. Hardwood floors throughout apartment. All trim and woodwork has been magnificently restored to it's original look. Washer and dryer in unit Central air with individual controls for heat and AC. Guest love the huge outdoor finished space to entertain guests or grill out. Garage is also available for cars but no need for a car in this very walk able area.

Roscoe Village is a thriving neighborhood on Chicago's northwest side. Great neighborhood shops, restaurants and bars. Commonwealth, Riverview Tavern, Village Tavern are great family friendly bars/restaurants, Piazza Bella, Turquoise, Costello's and Kitsch'n comprise the some of the long term restaurants that draw people to the neighborhood.Located within a mile of a kayak and canoe launching area on the Chicago River. Approximately 1 mile west of Wrigely Field.
