This was a wonderful rental! It was great to have a garage for our car! We had plenty of towels, plenty of sheets and blankets, paper towels, dishwashing soap, hand soap, pots and pans...plenty of every supply necessary. Everything was very clean! We would definitely recommend this to friends.

Perfect location with everything you'll need.
As former Chicagoan's we needed a place with quick access to the expressway. We spent our days out and it was nice coming home to a place where we didn't have to worry about parking, as there is a garage. And the apartment has absolutely everything we could need. Even coolers, which we borrowed for a day at the beach. We were in Wisconsin the week before and had to do laundry when we arrived. I appreciated having supplies already in the home, saving me from having to run out to the store. The shower was the best! Great water pressure. And the steam help tremendously when my son began coming down with a cough then having asthma issues after visiting a friend with a dog. He was pretty clear after a couple of days. We were so busy that we never used the hot tub but it was very inviting. Maybe on our next trip. We'll definitely keep this as our "place" when we have another extended visit. We had no problems, Bob was very responsive with questions and has everything set up very well. Once you receive your contract he'll send you detailed information regarding the apartment and surrounding area. I've rented several places in other states and this was one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

Great location, very affordable

About The Area
Ours is a quiet and safe neighborhood that has become a very hot destination because of how close we are to everything, and the safety factor. This area has been our home for 28 years. One reason our area is safe is because 5 of our last 80 mayors were from our small area. They ran the city for 80 years, and as you can imagine, they put family and friends in positions of power. We have more high ranking police, firemen, and other city officials in our area than any other. They don't tolerate crime.
House Rules
We don't allow parties or gathering of any kind or commercial activities. We rent for lodging only. Loud noise late at night is not tolerated. Our rentals are a very bad fit for very late night and heavy partying persons. We do not rent for people coming for music festivals or concerts, a few loud guests ruined that for everyone We expect guests to keep noise to normal levels and to be as quiet as possible from 11pm to 7 am. We want you to have a good time, but not to disturb other guests or our neighbors. Our guests apppreciate a quiet environment. We require the guest renting the apartment to be at least 25 years old.
