Beautiful, clean and quiet area.
The unit is very clean and decorated nicely. Fresh flowers in the rooms was very nice. All the amenities were there. There are plenty of towels for guests. I highly recommend this unit if you do not want to stay in the downtown area. It's about a 20 minute uber/lyft ride. Kim was very accommodating to us. We had no issues with the unit. Thanks Kim!!

Loved the location!!
Great place to stay as we were visiting our old hometown of Chicago. Loved that the brown line was right down the street. Great restaurants and coffee close by. Place was immaculate and always enjoy laundry when traveling with a 4 year old:).

Fabulous home
Traveled to Chicago for a long weekend to visit our son. We typically rent the third floor of this home but this time we wanted the first floor because of the beautiful backyard. We had most of our meals on the deck. Kitchen is well appointed. We cooked most meals using the oven, microwave and outdoor grill. Everything worked perfectly. Bathroom had more than enough towels for showers for three people. Beds were very comfortable. Kim is awesome to work with and is very attentive details including having fresh flowers in the unit when we arrived. Deck also had beautiful flower planters. I always recommend this property when friends or family want to travel to Chicago. We parked our car in front of the home and never got back in it until we left. We walked everywhere.

House Rules
We require our leasing guests to be at least 30 years of age. We do not allow smoking in the building or within 10 feet of any of the entrances. We do not allow pets in the units, but please note there is a dog on the property- but only in the common areas. Large parties are prohibited, but small gatherings of friends & family are fine.
