Great space and location
Everything was great. The instructions for taking care of the space were precise and easy to follow, and it's situated on a quiet street, but only a couple of blocks away from restaurants, Starbucks and several evening locations. Also, only a short uber ride (although we enjoyed the walk) from the Wrigley area.

Convenient, Neighborhood feel
This apartment is situated well -- walking distance to bus and train stops and a short drive from a well-stocked grocery store. Ample parking and restaurant options close by. The backyard grill and basic pantry items made cooking easy. We especially appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer, as we were embarking on a 10 day road trip with Chicago as our launching pad. The fresh flowers were a nice touch and we made use of the Chicago maps/resources provided. The only disappointment was that there weren't any Cubs games during our stay!

perfect accommodations for family of 4. Very walkable, safe area. Amenities were good although could not find any kitchen towels other than dish cloths. Enjoyed our stay and felt very at home.

House Rules
We require our leasing guests to be at least 30 years of age- children are welcome with adults. We do not allow smoking in the building or within 10 feet of any of the entrances. We do not allow pets in theunits, but please note there is a puppy on the property- but only in the common areas. Large parties are prohibited, but small gatherings of friends & family are fine.
