This Place has it all!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Chicago, look no further. Dick's place on Moffat street has it all. Not only does it have all the nice comforts of home, everything worked. We stayed for the month of June and never had an issue. Dick is delightful to work with. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely matter His place is spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. Including in unit washer and dryer, which is not always easy to find in this type of unit. It was also very convenient to have access to the garage for parking, although there is plenty of street parking on this quiet and beautiful street in Bucktown. We quickly discovered that Bucktown is a great location for whatever you would like to do in Chicago. For transportation the Blue line is a short walk. For exercise the Bloomingdale Trail is 3 blocks away. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Here are some suggestions: Club Lucky, good Italian food and nice bar; The Map Room, great selection of beer and wine; Margies Candies for delicious ice cream. I can't say enough about Dick's place, it was our home for a month and we miss it.

great place, great location

Location is right. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, public transit are steps away as is the 606 - a converted rail line great for walking and jogging. Easy access to the loop or O'Hare via blue line, and elsewhere in Chicago by frequent buses. Apartment was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Getting in and out was easy. Would stay again for sure!!

Superb!

Dick's place is a wonderful vacation spot. The neighborhood was wonderful and the apartment is awesome. It was clean and fresh, with enough room to sleep 5 or 6 even though there were only three of us. It is a drive to downtown as the traffic is always terrible, but if you use public transportation, it is a great place to stay any time of the year. I recommend it.

Great apartment

Neighborhood is great. Good coffee shops, bars, etc. The 606 trail and playgrounds nearby made my runner husband and kids happy. The apartment living and dining room is big. As expected in a city apartment, the bedrooms are small, but fine for us. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen, but we didn't do any cooking besides breakfast.
