The living/ dining area has a sofa, dining set, television, mini –fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Guests have their own private entrance which has a code so checking in and out will be a breeze. Also, there is free street parking as well.
Bronzeville is a neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. It is near the Illinois Institute of Technology, VanderCook College of Music, and Illinois College of Optometry. Chicago Attractions Nearby include McCormick Place, Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, Field Museum of Natural History, Millennium Park, Chicago Children's Museum, Soldier Field, Museum of Science & Industry, Navy Pier, & Wrigley Field.
Guests can access the living/ dining room (which has a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave), 2 shared bedrooms, and bathroom. We do have a couple storage closets and a utility room in the basement which we ask that you don't use while you stay with us. Other than that, it's all yours and you won't see any of our personal belongings as this space is intended specifically for our guests.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, ETC. ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. - Codes are not to be shared with others. Only booking party - Only the amount of people that have been booked are allowed to enter the unit. Additional guests will be charged a per person fee. No smoking in property or drug use of any type. No Fighting.
We are a small family who live in the upper levels of the house. We are friendly and can be available for questions but completely respect your privacy so just let us know if you need us! Entry door is equipped with key-less entry and the code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
