This is a large, modern family friendly space located in the heart of Old Town. Just step outside your door to find amazing restaurants, entertainment & nightlife. Walking distance to beaches, museums, "Magnificent Mile" shopping district & public transportation. Wrigley or downtown anyone?

Quiet and comfortable
This place was perfect for our family of five. After long days of sight seeing, there were numerous places to choose from for dinner. This area is busy at night with a young, trendy crowd, but this loft in the heart of it all, was a quiet and comfortable way to end our day. Shaine is a wonderful host, always prompt and thorough with her communication. Thanks for helping make our family vacation a memorable one!

Perfect Location
This apartment is in a perfect location to explore all of Chicago. The subway is just a 5 min walk and will easily take you to Downtown (river walk, Magnificent mile) and goes directly to the White Sox Stadium. Right outside the front door is several great restaurants and bars with great quiet atmosphere during the week but on the weekend ends this area comes alive with a great club atmosphere. Shaine is a fabulous host who met us at the apartment to assure everything was well and when we wanted to extend our stay she arranged another apt in the building for us and actually helped us move. If you want to explore Chicago this is your perfect home base.

Fun place in a great area
My family is pretty flexible and low maintenance and we loved our stay at Cobbler Square. Shaine was able to meet us earlier than usual to accommodate our arrival which was fantastic, she checked in with us a few times during our stay via text, and she gave us simple and reasonable instructions for our checkout. There were a few oddities about our stay that might rub some people the wrong way but for us it was fine. For example, the original room we had reserved on-line was only available for two nights (even though we reserved it for four), so we were bumped to a larger room overlooking Wells Street. Fine with us, but odd that the room we thought we'd booked wasn't actually available. We had to keep the air conditioning on for the most part and there was some construction noise from across the street, but no big deal. We also had to sign a waiver when checking in (from the building administrator - not the Homeaway owner), but Cobbler Square is a cool building, we used the common room to play pool and shuffleboard, the neighborhood is outstanding and if I had an extra million dollars on hand I'd move to Old Town in a heartbeat. Everything is in walking distance except the museum campus which is just an L ride away. Overall, a great stay for our family. We would come again.

Huge, spacious & comfy & quiet 1 bedroom loft. Luxurious & Intimate family friendly space. Corner loft with lots of windows & natural light great view of Old Town neighborhood. Comfy, spacious & classy to treat yourself, family and/or friends to a very special space.Comfortably sleeps 2-5 guests. Hotel quality (2) beds 1 king in bedroom, 1 queen in common area and a rollout bed available upon request. Euro design leather sofa & loveseat with a big cushy rocker recliner chair.
Common area has New leather sofa bed & love seat combination. 40" Flat Screen TV sits atop a set of drawers. Great workspace with free internet / wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy in home meals. We stock coffee, tea, and toiletries you may need during your stay. Plum Market (whole foods) & Treasure Island (european grocery) stores are within walking distance & both provide free delivery!
If you need it & upon request, we have comfy twin size rollaway beds at no charge.
There is free Wifi at your disposal.
This unit can be used in conjunction with the 24/7 recreation center which can host 25+ guests and a beautiful open sun deck with Outdoor cooking grills & a panoramic view of Chicago.
