It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house with a den that can be converted to a 4th bedroom for an additional fee (expanding occupancy to 8) or to a home office. It is ideal for multiple families vacationing together. Its spacious front yard, ohia tree paneling, and lava rock fireplace reflect the heritage of the community that flourished around its vibrant nucleus, Parker Ranch.
A large, fully-equipped kitchen leads to a spacious lanai with a gas grill, allowing outdoor dining in the mild evening breezes. There is a washer and dryer, 42” flat screen TV, and high speed wireless Internet connection. The driveway can accommodate several cars.

They eked a living fishing, farming, and ultimately running a service station, boat repair shop, and Doi General Store. Theirs was a pivotal, community-centered enterprise. Kamaaina (long-time residents) can relate stories of the Dois’ impact on locals.
Fourth son Nelson, a devoted and respected public servant, served as territorial and state senator, circuit court judge, and lieutenant governor. An avid
student of the US Constitution, he took tremendous pride in working with colleagues to pen the Hawaii State Constitution and gain statehood.
Developer Laurence Rockefeller sought Nelson’s counsel and friendship during the construction of his renown Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. In retirement Nelson used his political capital and negotiation skills to help North Hawaii Community Hospital come to fruition. The Doi legacy affects residents and visitors alike.
