We recently celebrated our 50th anniversary with family in Maui. We loved the house and furnishings, everything is so beautiful. The short walk to the beach is fabulous, and our lanai overlooked the swimming pool and waterfall, so had a gorgeous view in distance as well as the pool area, especially enjoyed listening to the waterfall. We slept well, comfortable beds, and the room had curtains that kept out the light. The kitchen was well appointed once we found the knives. (Secret drawer). Loved the built in double frigs and freezers. Gila sent out great suggestions which we followed for snorkeling, food etc. Her best suggestion of all was to use Matt, the concierge to do our bookings. He was FANTASTIC, made life so much simpler for me. (Patient, thorough, and gave great suggestions and made all the arrangements for party boat, horseback riding, zip lining, restaurants, and scuba diving). Truly a trip of a lifetime. Only drawbacks: Elevator did not work, we couldn't get living room TV to work (for long), and there is not a large family table inside, so ate meals and played games outside. Even though no one was around, we were busted by security after 10:00 PM for being too loud. Although the house sleeps ten, she charges extra for more than 8 people. It is a great location, the teenagers and adults would come back from the beach, grab refreshments, and head to the pool. The teenagers would go to Big Beach most days to boogie board (6 1/2 min by car, and a COOL drive), we loved going to the nearby shops and restaurants for happy hour and browsing and even a $6:00 breakfast special. I forget the name, but great service open to outdoor eating. So....hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Awesome stay.
Our family of 8 and an infant spent a week in this beautiful townhome. The accommodations were outstanding. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Beautifully decorated. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Of course the sunset on the lanai was the very best! We saw whales while sitting out there. So exciting!! All the bedrooms were great sizes with each private bathrooms. Just a fantastic home in every way. Thank you Gila for sharing your home and memories with us.

Above and Beyond!
My boyfriend, daughter and son in law and myself had the pleasure of staying in this amazing townhouse for a week in November 2016. This unit is truly amazing! From all the high end appliances, abundance of glassware and dishes to the beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, you will not find a better home to enjoy in Wailea. It is directly across from the Grand Wailea and the Shops. The concierge met us upon our arrival and provided us with any information we may need during our stay. It was so nice to completely open the glass wall to the lanai and enjoy being able to bring the outside in, especially during morning coffee and evening sunsets. There is a beautiful pool with a soothing water fall adjacent to this home which also added an incredible experience. We will definitely return!!

Fabulous!
In a word, our stay in Maui was FABULOUS! We’ve rented other VRBOs, but this was the very best! Our family of 10 – including our 2 sons, their wives, and our 4 Grands – appreciated everything about this stunning villa. The accommodations could not have been better. The kitchen is amazing, the grill on the lanai offers a nice option, the bedrooms/baths are beautiful and spacious, and the washer/dryer was in use often with 4 kids. Also, nice to have the large plasma TVs, iPod docks, reliable Wi-Fi, and private garage. The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and lanai is SPECTACULAR – even better than the photos! The location is wonderfully convenient – a short walk thru the Grand Wailea to the ocean or to the Wailea Shops. We began each morning with a yoga class on the beach or a walk/run along the lovely beach path. The fitness center by the pool helped us work off delicious meals and desserts. The guys liked the driving range and golf course. Our Grands LOVED the beach and the fun, but not congested, Ho’Olei pool with waterfalls and hot tubs. The luau at the Grand Wailea was awesome! Gila was very helpful, offering good recommendations. She has thought of every need, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything was better than expected! Thanks, Gila, for the precious memories our family will long cherish. We highly recommend this villa!

Enjoy the luxury of a resort community while staying in a home larger than four hotel rooms!! This spacious three bedroom, 3.5 bath two story townhome features a private elevator, finely appointed interior, and attached garage. Enjoy the privacy and generous living space of a single famiy residence with easy access to nearby resort hotels.
Enjoy spectacular ocean views and whale watching from inside the villa, or outside on either of our spacious covered lanais. No residential rooftops will interfere with your views of the ocean. Upper lanai contains a BBQ area with a Wolf 36' Grill, Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator and custom cabinetry. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors retract into hidden pockets, thereby blending the interior space with the beauty of the outdoors.
Our home comfortably sleeps 10 people. There is a king size bed in each of the two bedrooms on the lower level, two queen size beds in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the great room. All of our beds have hotel quality mattresses and luxury linens. Cribs and other baby items can be arranged upon request.
Our state of the art entertainment system includes a 52' Sharp Aquos Flat Panel High Definition TV with 7.1 Dolby Digial Surround Sound, DVD player with internet access and iPod dock. Additional 42' Flat Screen TV's, DVD players, and iPod docks are located in each of the bedrooms. Our whole house music system will allow you to listen to the same music throughout the home, or different music in each of the rooms.
There is wireless high speed internet throughout the home, and a wireless printer/fax machine for your use.

Our home is especially close to the the lovely tropical Ho’olei pool and recreation area. The Ho’olei pool contains a waterfall, grottos, and a sandy beach entry where young children enjoy playing. Adjacent to the pool area is a fully equipped and air conditioned fitness center that contains an array of Paramount and Precor exercise equipment, a sauna, locker rooms, showers and changing facilities. Additional facilities for Ho'olei guests include an outdoor kitchen and covered pavillion, and concierge services.
A short walk across the street, enjoy the acclaimed Wailea Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Enjoy complimentary set-up of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
Guest services are provided 24 hours per day to guests in this home by a management company located in Wailea. Our representatives will greet you upon arrival, offering a personalized introduction to our home. Additional services available upon request include pre-stocking your refrigerator with your selected items, car rental, or activity arrangements.
Guests in this villa do not have access to the pools and waterslides at The Grand Wailea Resort, however, the beach in front of the resort is a public beach, and all of the restaurants and the spa at the resort welcome outside guests. For those guests that prefer to have a waterslide experience, we suggest that you spend two days, one night at the Hotel, then spend the rest of your stay in our villa. This will give you a chance to compare the experiences. We’re confident that you’ll be staying the entire time in our home on your next visit.
