Just returned from a wonderful 1 week stay in July (family of 4). This is a beautiful, updated, well-maintained, beautifully furnished and decorated, well appointed condo. Stocked with everything you need inside the home and also to enjoy the beach and on site tennis courts (beach chairs, toys, tennis rackets, beach cart, snorkeling gear, etc). The unit is spacious, clean, has central A/C and very comfortable mattresses (including the sofa bed). There is a great lanai to sit, have meals and drinks and relax. The whole condo complex is well maintained with a nice pool and hot tub, gas BBQs, gym, tennis courts. It is in a beautiful quiet resort (Waikoloa village) where there are other condo complexes, a golf course, Hilton, Marriott and 2 shopping areas with shops and restaurants. Great resort for strolls (but need flashlight at night), minutes drive from all the beautiful Kohala coast beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Mauna Kea). About 40 minute drive to Kona. Very responsive and accomodating hosts and property manager who were easily reachable by email/text for any inquiries prior to and during trip. The hosts are most thoughtful, offering a generous welcome basket, and provided a wealth of helpful information on the unit, the resort and activities and restaurant suggestions to enjoy in the area. We were sad to leave and hope to be fortunate enough to return. We recommend without hesitation!

An Amazing Vacation
We had an amazing vacation at this beautifully decorated, clean and spacious condo. It has everything for a perfect holiday including all the supplies for the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella are like new, the beach towels are large and luxury. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We started every day with an early morning walk to the ocean returning with a Starbucks coffee from Queens Marketplace to enjoy on the lanai. Some days were spent at the beach - either a short walk to A beach or a short drive to Hapuna beach. Marty is a great host. He always answered his cell whenever we called and was genuinely committed to ensuring that we enjoyed our stay which included a most thoughtful welcome basket. Lots of information and tips for places to visit, shop and dine are provided. We especially enjoyed the banana macadamia nut pancakes for breakfast at the Hawaiian Style Cafe and dinner at Merrimans which were included in Marty's suggestions. Most days ended with another walk to A beach to watch the most beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. We are looking forward to our return! Thank you Marty!

This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space.It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room.The spectacular beach is within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We have unlimited phone calls any where in the United States and Canada.
