Minimum StaySpacious home for family!
We had a family vacation with five adults and three children, The house is lovely, lots of amenities, close to beach and pool along the beautiful green belt. Also, other family members were staying at a local large resort and came over for a bbq for a total of 16 people, bbq'ing, kids playing ball in the cul-de-sac, playing games, such a great place for families! Can't wait to come back.

Perfect for large family gathering
This house was great for 8 adults, 2 children and a baby. We all enjoyed our stay and all agreed how well equipped it was. The kitchen had everything we needed and the baby equipment was a plus. The 3 bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready for a photo shoot we had at Shipwreck beach. We enjoyed grilling out and eating outside as well as inside. The house is convenient to beaches, the swimming pool/tennis courts, and shopping. We loved sitting on the porch upstairs to talk and star gaze. There is a great field nearby to play ball or throw a frisbee . I hope we can all come back and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Time!
This home was very comfortable for our family. Everything we needed to be comfortable and for the kid's convenience was there. We ventured out to all sides of the island from this beautiful Poipu location. We enjoyed cooking and BBQing and eating our dinners on the top porch, the mountain view was spectacular. There were a few things missing from the kitchen, we left a list, so hopefully they will be there for the next guests. Basically it was everything it claimed to be and more!

couldn't have been better
spent 10 days here with 8 other family members. A great set up. 3 rooms with queen or king size beds and ensuite bathrooms.3 areas outside to sit the kitchen is a good size and is conducive to gathering around while meals are prepared. The home is well equipped and has much in the way of beach chairs and toys. We'll be back.

You and your ohana (family) will fall in love with this beautiful and open Hawaiian home. The spacious property is gently cooled by Kauai's trade winds and offers lovely natural light. Upon arrival to Hale Kai Kea, we welcome our guests with an assortment of local treats and coffee, as well as fresh cut flowers from our garden.
This island home features 3 large bedrooms, each with a king sized bed. Each bedroom has its own remodeled full bath, stocked with complimentary soaps and shampoos. The bedrooms are outfitted with tropics-inspired furniture, Hawaiian print comforters, and quality linens. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan for additional comfort.
The open kitchen comes fully stocked with all the tools for making your own gourmet island meals. A full-size HE washer and dryer are located inside the home for your use. The living room is tastefully appointed with island decor and a flat screen TV and DVD player. If you need to stay in touch, free wireless internet is provided.
Hale Kai Kea also has a spacious bonus room featuring couch, futon, bunk beds, and a 65” HDTV. Just off the master suite is a huge private sundeck with views of majestic Black Mountain. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.
Sliding doors off the dining area lead you to the private lanai that features outdoor seating, gas grill, and a landscaped yard to entertain, including a restful hammock for lounging. This property comes stocked with beach accessories (boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, mats and beach towels) to make beach-going easy and relaxing, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach adventures!
Coming with keiki (children)? This house is kid-friendly and renters will have access to a Pack ’N’ Play, high chair, safety gate, and Bumbo seat.
