We rented the entire house (two duplexes with 2 beds and 1 bath each) and everyone loved it. The location is great and is easily walk-able to a few beaches, food and activities. The property is large and having a pool onsite was a very nice plus.

Poipu Gem
We were two families plus Grandma, and the cottages worked out perfectly for us. Really enjoyed the traditional Hawaii furnishings, coupled with the beautifully updated baths and kitchens. The adjoining lanai, overlooking a lushly flowered and fruited garden, provided a great gathering place. Our youngsters loved having fresh mangos for breakfast!! It was great to relax by the pool, and having the beach such a short walk away was an added bonus. All in all, the cottages were a great alternative to a busy and crowded hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks so much, Lance!

Amazing experience!
The property offered the peace and tranquility of your own personal space in a tropical paradise. Just steps from the best beaches. If you're traveling with wee ones, there's a baby beach with shallow calm water with tiny fishes. Overall we had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lance, the owner and Dorthy, the manager were both very responsive and cooperative!

Perfect in every way
We couldn't have been happier with our recent stay at Poipu Beach Plantation Cottages. This property was chosen for the layout of two cottages, side-by-side, joined by a long, wide lanai, overlooking a spacious garden. This gave our large group the option of some privacy when desired and a roomy area for get-togethers. The new pool was enjoyed by all and a nice alternative to the sandy beaches. Much thought was put into the décor and we found both cottages to be well-stocked and comfortable. Lance, the personable owner, was very responsive as was his lovely housekeeper. One couldn't wish for a better location with proximity to Poipu Beach, shopping and restaurants. Perfection!

Reminiscent of the elegance of a Hawaiian era gone by, this chic and comfortable duplex just had a complete transformation. The plantation home has been divided into separate living areas with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths & 2 completely remodeled kitchens. Located only 4 homes from the most beautiful beach in the world, it is a mere 1 minute walk. The lushly landscaped yard is a tropical paradise with expansive grass area surrounded by banana, papaya, & mango trees. The massive plumeria tree adjacent the huge lanai is the most tranquil setting to lounge.
Our home can easily accommodate 10 people and is beautifully furnished Hawaiian style.
The previous owners of the property called it the ' Beach Huts' in the VRBO listing & we realized that this understated the home so we changed the description to the Plantation Cottages which is much more appropriate. All the previous reviews reference the Beach Huts so don't be confused, same property, different name
