Our family had a wonderful stay in Kauai - the home is a ranch style, all on one level. It was close to the beach and very comfortable. It was clean with nice amenities. We would highly recommend.

Lovely home that was so easy to stay in
First impressions often count and it was so true with this property. We loved the house from the moment we arrrived. The layout of the house was so relaxing. One never felt crowded as the open plan layout provided plenty of space. The house so well equipped that we wanted for nothing. The days spent at the beach were made easier by the abundance of beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the outdoor BBQ most nights and whilst a little slow to ignite did the job very well. Overall a great experience and we would stay then again.

This is a gem!
Our family of five adults spent a week here and couldn't have been more pleased! This lovely home was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies and BBQ to beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. The location was perfect for us--quiet and private, yet an easy walk to beaches or pool via a paved pathway through a grassy commons just off the patio. Poipu and the surrounding area has much to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful
We went with our 3 grown kids and it was perfect for our family. The location is wonderful, a 5 min walk to the Hyatt Hotel and beach, lots happening there including seeing monk seals and green turtles on the beach, as well as their bars and restaurants. Poipu beach is a short walk or drive as well as lots of restaurants nearby. The house is on a green belt but with a private back yard so you can watch a lot of activity while still keeping your privacy. The house is really nice, large open space living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked in for a number of meals as well as using the BBQ on the patio. The bedrooms were large and there was always a nice breeze as well as ceiling fans. We are not fans of a/c so enjoyed being able to leave the windows open and it was never too warm. There were two full baths with a bonus half bath that was very convenient. There was snorkeling equipment and beach toys in the garage which we didn't use but appreciated that it was there when we return for our next vacation in Poipu. We will stay here again.

The house is located mid-way between Shipwreck Beach, and Brennecke's Beach, the world-famous body-surfing beach, which is joined by Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach was just featured on the Travel Channel and has been rated the #1 Beach in America. It is perfect for all type of water activities especially snorkeling. Poipu Beach even has a special children's lagoon where the water is not deeper than three feet. All beaches can be reached within a five minute walk through the tropical gardens of Poipu Kai Resort.
